Supply List 

Life can be so busy, so we are requesting for parents to donate $35 to cover their student’s supplies. Instead of you doing the shopping, I will do the shopping for you! This way I can get all needed supplies purchased and labeled before students even come back to school, and you don’t have to worry about it. 

*Aside from the money donation, the only item I need you to provide is a set of DURABLE headphones that can last all year.  We are a technology based school and we use headphones everyday! (Please LABEL with student’s name).

Please donate $35 to the Q1 office or pay online by clicking the following link Quest Online Payments and selecting “OTHER”, please also type in “Ms. Abbie Supplies”. If possible, please make donation payments on or before Back to School Night.
